What is The Spark Joy Box?

It is a subscription box mailed every 3 months with thoughtfully curated items to help you feel pampered energized and loved. We are here to help you stoke that spark of joy by tapping into that feeling you get when a thoughtful friend sends you an unexpected care package. Subscribe to have a curated box of self-care delivered to your doorstep every three months, and be that friend to yourself (or someone else).

What's in each box?

There are 3 boxes to choose from. The Pamper and Refresh boxes will contain 4-6 thoughtfully curated items that may include journals, pens, candles, immune boosting hand sanitizer spray, bath salts, drinking chocolate, mugs, foil-stamped notecards and so much more. If you want a little more, the Indulge box is for you! It contains 8-10 items. All three boxes also contain a stamped card so you can pay-it-forward with seeded confetti meant for you to send to someone else to spread the love and watch it grow! There are plenty of confetti in each box so you can keep and plant some for yourself.

Who will benefit from The Share Joy Box subscription?

Our boxes are tailored to women of all ages who can use more love and joy in their life! As women, we are busy giving of ourselves in our careers, families and to those we meet while navigating the rigors and responsibilities of daily life. It is depleting to light up the world with love when there’s not enough of that joy coming back to you. If you or someone you know feels like this, this box is for you!

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes! Any of our boxes can be purchased as a one-time gift. You can also gift a one-year subscription to a friend who you feel would love our boxes. We can also work with businesses and corporations who order one-time gifts of 5 or more for their employees or clients. 

How does it work?

Choose which of the three boxes you prefer. One-time gift boxes will be billed right away and your box will ship via USPS within a week of ordering. Subscription boxes will be billed right away and your box will ship via USPS within a week of ordering. You will receive a new box and be billed every three months. You can cancel anytime BEFORE your next ship date three months later if you wish for it to not be renewed. When you gift a Year of Joy to someone, you will be billed 1 time for the whole year of boxes (4 boxes total).

How much is shipping?

Shipping in the US is a flat rate fee of $15.00 and is shipped via USPS. For shipments to Canada, we will ship through Standard UPS and the cost is $24.00. Please note that due to COVID, shipping times have become longer. We thank you for your patience as that is out of our control.

When will my package arrive?

All boxes will ship within a week of placing your order. For subscriptions, your subsequent boxes will ship 3 months later, within the first week of that month. It should take just a few days for it to arrive on your doorstep. However, due to COVID, there have been longer shipping times recorded. We use USPS to ship to you and you will get an email tracking notification when it ships.

For shipments to Canada, please allow 7-10 days from ship date.

PLEASE NOTE: Holiday shipping is taking longer than expected.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your membership at any time. If you have already been billed for that month, that means your box is already on its way to you and therefore cannot be cancelled.

SORRY - WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS A SURPRISE BOX SO THAT'S A RISK YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE. If you don't like the box contents, that could be the perfect opportunity to pay-it-forward and share some of the items to friends or family. But please make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren't stuck with another shipment that's not a good fit.

What if there's a problem with my account?

You can login to your account to make necessary changes to billing, mailing address or to cancel. However, if you are still having problems with your account, please send us an email at hello@sparkjoybox.com and we'll be happy to help.
